Superintendent Hughes is keeping in constant contact with community partners and the Governor of Florida to make sure he has the most up-to-date information regarding the weather.  It is his goal to make sure that the students of Walton County are kept safe and parents are provided with information concerning district actions in a timely manner.

In the event of an emergency you will receive notifications from the Walton County School District or your child’s school.  It is pertinent that your child’s contact information is up-to-date.

Please monitor our webpage at www.walton.k12.fl.us for emergency notifications.  We will make every effort to ensure the safety of our students and staff.
