Parade will be held Friday, September 25th @ 1:30 PM

Float set-up/line-up begins at 11:00 AM; enter at rear of school off Hwy. 331

This year's theme is "Rock the Eagles (80's)," SWHS vs. Pine Forest High School. Your entry is encouraged to align with this theme. School spirit/colors are also strongly encouraged to be reflected in your entry.

The entry fee for participants is $25. You may also financially sponsor a class/club/team entry.

Candy is permitted and encouraged but needs to be bagged 3-4 pieces in a sealed bag to help with clean-up (please ask persons throwing the candy to be cautious not to hit spectators). Appropriate jewelry, small balls, etc. are additional permitted.

The following are general parade and safety rules:
No excessive speed
Trailers must have sides/rails and riders must be seated; wheel walkers are required for safety purposes
No entry higher than 14 feet
No political campaigning
Walking entries must represent an organization and be pre-approved (NO walkers under 5th grade permitted)
Motorized entries will not be allowed for any type of performance, like wheelies or stunts

Student drivers are NOT permitted

It is encouraged that you bring water for your float participants
