Bright Futures
Eligibility Requirements
In order for a student to qualify for Bright Futures, all five requirements must be met:
Submit a complete Florida Financial Aid Application (FFAA), also known as the state application (no later than August 31 of graduation year);
Complete the required coursework (by high school graduation);
Achieve the required grade point average in the required coursework;
Complete the required number of service/work hours (by established deadline); and
Achieve the required college entrance exam* score (no later than June 30 of graduation year).

OSFA will evaluate students based on official ACT® and SAT® test scores obtained directly from the two national test companies through the state test repository.

Scholarship Information
College Board Opportunity Scholarships:
There is a total of seven scholarships to be awarded. By completing each step, students become eligible for the scholarship associated with that step. Students who complete all six steps are also eligible for the seventh Complete Your Journey scholarship.
Emerald Coast Public Relations Foundation:
$1000 scholarship for someone pursuing a college degree in public relations, communication, marketing or journalism.
George E. "Bud" Day Flight #61- Order of Daedalians:
Scholarship for someone pursuing a career as military aviators through college scholarship, flying instruction, and other educational opportunities.
"No Ordinary Joe" Scholarship:
St. Joe is offering this scholarship to recognize students who have a strong sense of leadership and strong sense of community service. In order to apply students will have to fill out an application, write an essay, and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Porch Group Scholarships-Inspection Support Network Scholarship
Society of Military Engineers:
$1500 to someone planning to major in engineering or architecture related degree programs.
Southern Scholarship Foundation:
If you are attending Flagler, FL A&M, FGCU, FSU, Santa Fe, TCC, or UF you need to apply. You could receive rent-free housing!
