Online Athletic Clearance
Begin submitting athletic paperwork online
The Athletic Clearance website is up and running for families to submit athletic Paperwork for the 2024-2025 school year. Instructions are below if you need them. Visit www.athleticclearance.com to register. You must do this each school year. You will need a copy of a completed physical, student ID#, and Insurance information to complete clearance.
